Chad Avakian

I'm Chad Avakian, a motivated, solutions-driven wireless project consultant currently working for Complete Wireless Consulting; a leading cell site development company developing sites in California, Nevada, and Arizona.  Collectively, I have spent over 20 years in telecom project management, site acquisitions, and strategy development. Over the course of my career I have learned from the ground up; climbing towers to CEO of integrity Towers LLC. My career wins include a $1.5 million dollar contact in 2009 with Clearwire that we completed in 90 days; $9 million in construction under management with Triton Tower, and currently; Complete Wireless where my team is responsible for over 140 projects under development.   An aside in my career, and shortly after graduating college from Fresno State University, I consulted for a Medical Equipment Manufacture, Karl Storz Endoscopy. We were one of the first teams to implement a robotics installation at UC Davis Hospital in Sacramento which performed one of the first remote surgical procedures in the world.   As my skill for managing bigger projects has increased, my workload for high paced large scale telecom installations has as well.  The key to success in any business is a dedication to excellent customer service.  I value customer service, collaboration, new ideas and a dedication to "best practices" in all areas of expertise. I am passionate about delivering quality products in the increasingly fast paced wireless industry.   I work with engineers and wireless professionals to build the technology that moves our economy; services such as VoLTE, 4G, Microwave, Small Cell, DAS and LTE. I especially thrive in a team environment working towards discovering elegant solutions for complex problems. I am recognized for my achievements in maintaining budgets and business objectives, as well as exceeding expectations across multiple platforms. I have had the good fortune of working in cultures of excellence, developing and leading motivated teams who have implemented strategic plans and hit optimistic business targets.
